ETHOS?
ethos [ee-thos, eth-os]
1. The distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution.

marketing [mahr-ki-ting]
1. the act of buying or selling in a market.
2. the total of activities involved in the transfer of goods from the producer or seller to the consumer or buyer, including advertising, shipping, storing, and selling.
Your ethos is the character of your organization. It's the underlying sentiment that informs your beliefs, customs and practices. It's how your products and services affect customers. It's how your leaders communicate with your people, and how your people communicate with customers. And it's how your community feels about you. It's your brand, only deeper.
I help my clients uncover, define and manage their business ethos so customers become not just buyers, but active advocates of the products/services they buy and the people they buy from. In today's social media world, that may be the most important part of your business to work on.
